Thread: Blackshear this weekend?

Hey everyone. Thought about heading to Blackshear this coming weekend and wondered if anyone has been last couple of days. Dont think theyre doing that great down there. May try Oconnee instead. What 'chall think?

Hello, the most recent Blackshear posts are going in the thread titled "Blackshear today was...". Look in there. Several of us are also considering Blackshear this weekend.

I'll be there as the sun rises Saturday morning..on Blackshear.

i would be there but have to put a new refrigrator and aircondishoner in my camper . got to be ready for slabfest :D .

I'm at Blackshear today and tomorrow. No luck yet today. The wind is blowing pretty bad. Any suggestions????? Any help would be appreciated.

I think the weather is supposed to be much nicer tomorrow, with less wind and warmer, clearer, skies. Man, I wish I could go tomorrow, but I'm working night shift this weekend and I'll be too tired and too rushed to try to squeeze fishing in.

For all who goes out this weekend, please take along a camera and take some pictures, and post them. I don't know much, and I could very well be wrong, but from what I keep reading and hearing, this weekend should be a productive one for crappie fishing. Good luck to all of you who do go out. And remember to always be safe.

Got some fluid built in my lungs from allergies..I'm having trouble breathing at times but I'll be fine... I have to fish close by here so I'll be down the street on Harding in the morning.... I hope... I will plan on getting to blackshear next week...

hope you get to feeling better smitty..dont overdo it with the lungs...get rest if you need it.

Smity, take care of yourself. Of course fishing is good therapy. Just don't O.D. on it.
