the piece I am looking for is like the ones on the inside or the transom on jonboats. its a thin aluminum brace in the center of the transom going down to the floor to strenghten the center of the transom

The tp32 looks like what you have now. The tp30 is 14 inches high. Tou may have to trim around the braces that run from the floor up to the transom. I think if you remove the motor and install the tp30 long bracket on the inside and the short one on the out side and seal it with silicone then remount the motor you will be fine. Especially with the supports from the bottom of the boat rib to the transom. You might still want to call these guys tomorrow and double check the measurements. They might have another type not listed on the web.
