I have caught Crappie bedding on Memorial Day at Oconee. This cool weather we have had in April should push the spawn out, at least, until the end of May.
Let us know what's happening Camo.

I'm about in the same boat I told my wife I've only got a couple more weekends of fishing before I'm done for the summer. I plan on striping my boat and refurbishing it after the May slabfest.
To heck with work, lets go fishing.

Fished Tuesday and Thursday afternoon, and did OK. Caught around 22-24 Tuesday, but didn't start fishing until 6:15pm and stopped before dark. Did better Thursday, but it was very windy. Still ended up with over 30 fish, but would have did better if I didn't have to fight the wind! I mainly fish out of Lawrence Shoals near the dam, and have been catching them on Green/green, but have caught a few on white/red.
