    Headed there today in the blind. I'm at Lake Talquin Fla. And the bite is slow so we're looking for some options for the next 3 days. Looking for some help to get us going in the right direction!! Any at all would be GREATLY appreciated!!! Vaca days are hard to come by!

    The fish are very scattered. We caught them from the mouth of the creeks to the back of the creeks. I found some in Pataula creek right before the old sunken bridge, not the sunken bridge near the lake. They were from 1ft-6ft deep. I had a minnow and a crappie nibble on. The bite got better as the weekend went.

    Thanks a lot! Here now at Cowikee for about an hr and have 6 and a few short. We're pulling jigs.

    Popsicle, john deere, and bubble gum worked good. Red and pink heads worked the best.
