    Sam stay away from the dam ok...lots of stripers there....lots of cover around the edge of the lake if it hasnt been dropped too much...by the way there are some big rainbows in there too...the bridges and pylons usually are holding crappie this time of the year if they arent bedding..one never knows what is happening at that lake,,great for bass but otherwise its hit or miss..

    The lake has been tough to me lately. Several of the guys around have been trolling and some have been shooting docks, don't know if anybody is doin real good. The water temp was anywhere from 45 to 47 degrees this past weekend. All we caught was spotted bass which were better than catching nothin! Good luck to ya!

    Hey Crappieday;

    Hey I hope to be there around 17th........ Fishing PP is good now it start in feb - thru March. there only 4 places on the lake and they not hard to find just follow the 80 or 100 boats that are side by side each other...lol This is the only places people fish you wont have any problems finding your way around this lake........

    There are two places on the other side of the lake where the houses are it where most people fish and they be around the trees and in March they be by the edge fish with cork and about 2 feet. Around the trees it will be color that make it so bring lots and lots of jigs all different colors because they only hit one color and I mean only one color so what you have here is 20 or so boats catching and 60 or 80 watching to see what your using.

    The other two places will be around the boat docks. The first dock where you put in is where the RV and camps are. You fish around the trees pass the power line.

    The other boat dock is pass the first dock down the hwy about mile or 2. I don't like it because people fish around the docks itself.

    when I fished it in november it was pretty funny seeing all those boats side by side. could have walked from the mouth of the cove at the first dock to the back of the cove and never gotten wet. but the quality of fish was great, no wonder there were so many fishing. bringing different color jigs is no problem:D will I beable to catch any from the bank at that time, I wont be bringing my boat, just too far to tow it.
