Anybody going to chase some slabs this weekend?? If so, Where? May try and head to Blackshear. Anyone know if the water is still looking good?

Saturday seems to look okay wind wise. More rain Sunday.

I would about be willing to bet my life savings that by tomorrow blackshear will look like a mudpuddle...And then again I could be wrong!!!

Im thinking it will be muddy as well - but - fish still got to eat! Im kind of thinking on going anyway - beats sitting at the house.I cant catch them when its clear so It wont be anything unusual for me!!:D It makes me happy to be frustrated - thats why I like to turkey hunt so much:D

Yeah I will be fishing then setting out some crappie condos on the Satilla River. It will be running I just hope the few little lakes off of it will be some what calmer.

nothing to do go over to ragflys house and streighten up my pontoon boat so ican go huckup and go fishing. while you at it git my poles untangled and ready:D

Ill be sure and get right on that - it probably needs to be took out and run some:D Ill see if Ragfly wants to go cruising around on it after I get it all washed and shiny. Ought to have a good mud line on it when we get back I got an old spool of 20lb test that you probably cant even tie without breaking if you want me to respool them reels for ya!

That old rotton 20lb may help Rusty bring in some of his pocket crappie.They have been known to go 2oz or better.:D

We gonna try Blackshear in the morning. Firefly hasn't been in a while and she had her lips poked out when I went on Mon. We'll give a report..... good or bad. Watch out for floating stuff.
