line strip n tip
Since I have not been able to fish due to work, and other things,I thought this may be a helpful tip to those who may not already know. When I replace line I set all 12 poles in their holders just like I fish, open the bails, tie all 12 lines together at the back of the boat ,and then with an old ink pen, pencil, dowel, etc, in my drill I wrap it around 5 or6 times and fire up the drill. Have a buddy to keep a eye on the spools and clip the line off each one as they empty. This works great for me, and only takes about 3or4 minutes to strip them all out.

line strip
Hi Hightower,
Definitely a good idea. I've been doing that for years but only one reel at a time. Sometimes I just cut a small limb off a tree/flower in my yard that will fit in my drill. Never thought about doing more than one at a time. I guess the old saying about not being to old to learn is true.
Thanks,
