The bite is still pretty slow in the morning. In the afternoon, the fish move up and have to weed out all the small fish. Here is a picture if Chris @ Stuart from Sunday's fishing. The temps are rising. The biggest is a little over 2 lbs.

There is certainly something in fishing that tends to produce a serenity of the mind.
Nice Catch! Litewire I ran into you a couple times up there last Friday but both times you were heading out and I didnt want to stop you, so I jsut waved. Glad to know the bite is starting to pick up some. I want to go this weekend but all this rain we are getting right now has me a little hesitant. I might jsut go to Lockloosa this weekend and Talquin next weekend. You boys be sure to save 1 or 2 for me.
