Default New to the board / Sinclair Conditions

Just wanted to say hello to all. Wondering if anyone knows what lake sinclair looks like (still muddy?). Want to do some fishing in little river, rocky creek area if the weather holds and the fish can see me lure.

I am going to test it this coming week. I like it a little on the muddy side. I just don't like logs, ect. floating on the surface which is what we have had on the Little River side all fall. It has not been fished much (Little Rive) so maybe theyare ready. They should be getting use to cold temps as it has been very cold not for about 10 days.

Let us know how you do and good luck.

This time of year you can always count on Sinclair being muddy. The good thing is there is no trash floating on the water. The water is going down over night and coming back to full pool in the afternoon. Typical Sinclair winter pattern. IT IS COLD UP HERE! My daddy used to say, "as cold as a well diggers fanny". Today is the first day we have not had blistering winds. Very calm today. Hope you catch some fish. I am not a winter fisherman.

Well wasnt able to get that Sinclair trip in. Still a little to cold for my liking. I did fish a local mill pond with no luck. Seemed like the minnows in the bucket being very inactive was a good indication about the other fish.

Would love to hear how your trip went Papadawg.

I have made up my mine to go Wednesday. The wind will be down, still cold but I am confident the bite will be on.
