Best Home Cooking Restaurant
It's cooooold outside and I'm thinking about food. What's the best "Home Cooking" restaurant that you know of and where's it located? Mine is a place in Culloden called "Lockets". It's a small place owned by an old black lady who has the best fried chicken I think I've ever tasted.

It's a small community about 8 or 9 miles outside of Roberta Ga. off Hwy 341 towards Atlanta. There's not much there except a small tire shop and some deserted buildings, heck they don't even have a red light.

Joe, this place is real close to the Hwy 341 and Hwy 74 crossroads, kinda like your going to Thomaston on Hwy 74. When ya get to the crossroads take a left on 341 and then a right just past the Cheveron station.

I've always loved Cox's located on Lower Popular in Macon, Ga back behind Central City Park.
They have the best fried pork chops and vegetables around.
Of course, they have many other meats. The deserts are the best.
Key lime cake, Pecan pie, Red Velvet cake and on and on.
It's a little hard to find and even more difficult to get into.
The food is worth looking for.

The Boarding House in Warner Robins.
Best fried chicken I've ever had.

Ya'll ever heard of "Buckner's" that is close to Atlanta? Headed north on I-75 and get off the exit at the Union 76 Truckstop then go back over 75. Wonderful home cooked food.
