HELLO FELLOW CRAPPIE HUNTERS i live in macon ,ga i'm looking for a good crappie spot that i can fish from the bank i'd like to stay in the mid. ga area Thanks and may your lure stay lively
Your best bets to my knowledge are duck ponds and bridges on Tobo,Lucas Lake in Jones Co., High Falls Lake behind spillway and last but not least Burns Brickyard Ponds (Good Luck on that one.) Here's link to a 4 page article on those lakes http://www.georgiasportsmanmag.com/f..._01/index.html
Fish on my friend and welcome.

Yep, Tobo Lower Thomaston Rd Bridge and behind the Dam the fish will start stacking and feedin up for the spawn, very soon if not already. Aint nothin in the duck ponds till the spawn.
Lake Julliette at Holly Grove Has some good points that i used to sit at on a bucket during winter. Fish with pinks on the bottom and catch them and everything else too:D Be prepared to walk so pack lite
Oh, welcome aboard Coop and there is another spot on the lake at Claystone where a Pine tree resently fell into the water.
Its on the point across the lake from the apartments in the picnic area. The tip of the tree is in 18ft of water, this is a rare pocket that has deep water near the bank...Fish are holding on it but take plenty of hooksIts easy to find.
