Default Talquin Report (5 Nov 09)

The fish are jumping in the boat. The last couple of days has really turned on the fish. Several culled limits were caught yesterday. One 50 fish limit weighed approx 70 lbs.......Harvey Mill is the place to be along with 20-30 other boats.

    Going home today...........Shucks

I caught my first long-lining crappie last week, in front of Williams landing. We didn't catch alot but had a good time. I can't wait to get back. The people at Rusty's were very helpful.

Did you save us some for thanksgiving? I envy you being able to be at talquin so much. Hope to sell my house and move to the big T.

See you all on the 23rd.

Made it home safe and Tired. Time to see the grandkids and what home looks like. Had a wonderful time at LTL......My wife went with me and we had a great time.

The fish were at Boy Scout (can't spell the real name) earlier last week but moved somewhere. Fish several days at Harvey with little success but Tuesday afternoon the fish really started biting. Wednesday was a blessing with no wind.........Today the wind blew but still managed a few some good fish. With good weather, plan on returning sometime next week. Thru back enough keepers for next time.
