Help us make this a week end that you won't soon forget SChief has got the world famous Naval Rec. site for our Fest it has plenty of room for Indoor and sheltered outdoor eating areas so that we can enjoy the meals, and Swap Crappie fishing experiencies and information. We would like for you to sign up and let us know that you are coming so that we can make your visit to our Beautifull lake and area a week end to Remember. Thank you all for working so hard to put on this slabfest. It does my heart good to see Slabfest grow. . I'll be there with bells on Friday morning. Leaving after the meal Saturday night.. Good luck and don't sore lip them all before we get there.

I'm sorry that I have some personal problems that make me pass on this one. I hope to attend next year. Have a great time and catch a bunch. Hope the black knats don't come that far north. They are as bad as love bugs in FL.

Sorry, I really wanted to make it, but my wife isn't up for it due to her health. I tried for a couple for a couple alternatives partners but that didn't work out either. I had to cancel my reservations at the campground. I hope you all have a Great weekend!

Hey Guys im sorry to say i wont be able to make it to the first Allatoona Slab fest , as i was informed last friday i will be going for ankle surgery Nov. 9th. The doctor said i wont be able to walk around for 2 months . I was REALLY looking forward to this get together and seeing how many big crappie that the Toona can produce. If im feeling good ill get the wife to bring me up for the weigh in! Hope yall have one in the spring then i should be 100 percent by then.Have fun.
