Thread: New Jig Photos

Just made these this week. All are bucktail with sickle hooks. These are rough as they are the first ones I have tied since 2006. Just wanted to know if you guys though they would work out alright. I've ordered my paint and have recieved my eyes. I also have more bucktail colors coming in. I plan on making just the jig heads for tubes which will also have sickle hooks in size two or four. As with the bucktails, I will do plain and painted. I should be able to do all color combos. The one with the white head and red eyes are how my painted ones will look, except the heads will be powercoated. The eyes are 3D. This one was mocked up with Acrylic paint for photo purposes. Let me know what you all think. Constructive criticism is always appreciated, as I want to improve what I am making.

what size eyes would you use on 1/16 and 1/32 jigs

The smallest 3D I have found is 4mm. I will probably paint on 2-3mm for the 1/16 and 1/32
