    Just wanted to pass on some info. Cabela's has the Hunninbird 997SI combo on sale for 1500.00. Their regular price is 2000.00.

    I hear you Gajud. Whenever you buy anything electronic these days the very next day they have a different model or something better out. Cabelas also had the side imaging for the Lowrance for $600......but then yout got to buy HDS unit to add it to.

    I also heard the I-Pilot will be available Dec 14th.

    This weekend I hope to quiz you a little about your SI.

    I got the 797 2 mths later here comes the 798...it bites

    I bought mine at humminbird in Eufaula. They told me nothing was coming out soon...

    fish finders are getting like computers and video games you buy the latest greatest just to have it replaced with something better it will just get worst
