Amen.
Still have a heavy heart for all those lost by this attack. The families will never get over this and I won't either.
Ever had to help shut down an entire airport? I did and the fear I saw that day will always be burned in my mind. And for the fear I saw that day in Savannah, GA had to be nothing compared to the fear they were going through in New York. Pennsylvania and Washington, DC. I tried to watch the footage on the news stations today but had to shut it off due to the welling up of tears in my eyes.
I agree with you Jim. Also hard for me to watch. My older brother is a pilot for USAir and he had just taken off from the same airport that flight 93 had. He was not far behind flight 93 and ended up landing at Reagin National. It was 3 days before we talked to him and his family. Was very nerve wracking.
we watched it all day friday at my fire station on satellite t.v...It was hard to watch but felt like it was something I had to do...
God bless all our troops and responders in whatever branch they serve.

I'll never forget where I was and what I was doing when it all started happening, the same holds true for when John F. Kennedy was killed. May God bless the innocent lives that were lost and their families.
