    Saw this on our local news last night.

    Cut that baby up into nuggets and fry 'em up. Would also make a heck of a catfish stew.

    That has got to be the biggest catfish i've ever seen and probably ever will see and he grabed him by the mouth ya couldn't pay me enough to do that... It was scary big

    I read an article about it the other day on cnn. The fish won't be a State record because it was caught on a jug. It was 20# larger than the current State record.

    The neat thing about a Flathead is the taste of the meat and the thickness of the skin are exactly the same on a 2 pounder as it is on that monster. Flatheads really eat well.
