ive never tried it. i hit the docks with bright light over the sides. tie off to the dock and fish outward ( as if i were on the dock) and reel em in! sme as the submersible lights, the fish hang out right outside the shadow of the the light on the water. ive been tearin them up on jackson

Nope,hadn't tried that one, maybe would work in front of a long string of docks lights I guess. Not sure if trolling in open water with no light would work.

it can work just like fishing for anything else at night with no lights us darker baits like red and black or glow baits and troll very slow over brush
