Where is Brushy Branch on Weiss?

I am trying to find out where the Brushy Branch ramp is located. I was going to do a mapquest directions search, but I can't find an address to anything near the ramp. What town and zip code is this ramp located?

Located off Blacks Bluff rd. out from Rome,Ga just before Ala state line. Good area to catch big crappie.

If you can get it to open, this is where it's at. You may have to view it on satellite image to see it.
