    Too cold to fish or work ! made some foam bugs for those BIG spring bream ie bluegills

    Nice flies. I can't believe you can get inspired to tie them with snow on the porch - that is snow, isn't it? Don't get too much of that down here in Cajun Country, so it's kinda hard to recognize.
    Anyway, you have the right plan - tie 'em when you can't fish. I've found that a Jimmy Buffet CD in the player and a rum and tonic with a twist of lime helps me ignore any adversity that might be lurking outside - hurricanes, mosquitoes, democrats, whatever. Try it.

    Thanks for the replies, still learning , experimenting with different materials, can`t wait to try them out ! half inch or so of snow, iced roads and many wrecks so stayed home , got to get me one of those Jimmy buffet CD`s !

    I hear ya there LOL, We should open the back door and let a few cold breeze's cool off those hot headed southern boys I'm sorry but my Momma taught me to share with my friends so when ya feel the cold breeze it's just me saying HI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
