Default Beach snook report (with pics)

Curtis Boggs of Indiana fished with me on July 2. Conditions were not good: heavy surf and dirty water.

I took him to spots where I know there are fish. He lost two snook before connecting with a 20-incher. Next fish was a good one. He fought it on 6-weight and did a great job. The fish went 30 inches and about 10 pounds.

Lost a snook that may have been bigger. He had the fish on the beach when the tippet broke.

Landed another 24-incher and a mangrove snapper.

Totals: Three fish landed, six hooked. Several other follows.
