Smile ff striper

Caught my first striper on the Fly Thursday 24 April. I met GA DNR BIO> at the boat ramp. They were geared up to shock the Stripers on the Hooch north of columbus ga. I caught back up with them early afternoon and followed them for a half mile. They didnt turn the first fish. I was casting a Clouser Minnow in shallow water in the trees. Low and behold to my surprise there he was. I didnt weigh nor did I have my camera. The fish wt. around 3lbs. It was my first striper, and I was elated. I also caught several small spots. I am partially color blind so I wouldnt swear what color the Clouser was. It was a #2 white /brown? Sense this is FF only I wont go into the box of crappie caught earlier on a jig.
