    Too cold here to, way to cold. Got a new vise for Christmas but not in the mood to tie any yet.

    Nice foam ties!!!!!! Are you cutting bodies by hand or do you have the pre-shaped cutters???

    Bodies are just strips of foam about 3/16th wide....... tied at bend of hook and then folded over toward eye end ..... some cut off just past the eye others tied and folded back again........... still learning, experimenting .......
    some ties from last year..........




    So windy most of the time last year, only used the flyrod a few times (new at that too) had several hits but missed setting the hook , don`t know if the legs are too long / too short?

    16 here this AM, brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr not used to this ! ready to move south , got two sons in Florida but if it was warm would not be tying I`d be fishin

    My antique vise given to me years ago from my father , think I ought to upgrade ?
