Default Byron Leonard flys

Hi,
Just going through some old tackle boxes from my dad's estate and there are 2 packaged flys marked Byron Leonard, Russellville Tenn. Wondered if there was any value or should I let my son use them? thanks for any and all help.

Are they a tiny lead head jig/fly with feathers? Does it look like dry fly hook. It it is, it may be Popeye Jig. I doubt that they are worth anything but I don'tknow.
