Welcome from a NC bird. Got a place on Lake Griffin myself, is your canal up close to "Bird Island". Been visiting/snowbirding on Griffin for about 10 years now in one spot or another. Enjoy, it's a great place to spend the winters. We have a 17.5 ft deep V that we feel very comfortable with.

Not familiar with Hickory Hollow, must be on the east side of the lake, we're over on the west side in Fruitland Park area.
