Thread: Stick Marsh Today

Made me and Phil look like total beginners. When we launched last Sunday the water temp was 53 and only got up to 56. We launched today at 9:00 AM and the water temp was 66 and got up to 78 by 3:00 PM. Should have been awesome, we fished 6-7 different spots and depths and could not find the crappie. Caught 7 catfish, 1 pickeral, 2 small crappie and 2 gills. However, we are determined and going back tomorrow. Hope they don't make us look like fools two days in a row.

According to all indicators, you should be able to pick em up jiggin/minnows right near the banks (spawn).
Look for cover floating near banks, etc.....
