Default Has anyone used these lures?

Has anyone used these lures? I met a sales rep at Gander this morning and he says they're great for specks. They look good and had a lot of action in the demo tank he had set up. I checked out the site, wingmanlures.com and they have several different colors. Unfortunately (as usual) Gander only sells the salt water 5" version.

Looks alot like a leaf.. if they don't work you can trim them to look like, nail tail or crappie stinger..if the fish eat them please post...

I found some on clearance at Walmart in Akron Ohio last weekend and bought them out. They are called paddlebugs. It is not these at the links below:

    http://www.crappielures.com/Paddle%20bugs.php

    Cabela's 1001-Piece Crappie Kit

    These are the ones.

36 PADDLE TAIL BUG GRUB CRAPPIE PANFISH RIG Chartreuse - eBay (item 120363759651 end time Feb-13-09 15:05:57 PST)

I CAN"T believe they want $6.00 for 5 jigs and bugs. At Walmart they are normally $1.65 for 5 jigs and bugs. I got them for 75 cents.

I can't wait to try them when the ice leaves Ohio or Florida in March when I'm heading down for Harris Lake and Stick Marsh fishing.

I used the paddebug also and they were great for trolling. I just got my order today of the wingman (seen this post and order Sat.) so I'll try them tomorrow down in the pond by the house that is loaded with crappie (small but fun). The verdict is still out and I suspect the Talquin "Slabs" will jump-out of the water with laughter! However, you never know unless you try. That's why these compaines stay in business because of suckers like me!

I like the way they look I would be surprised if they don't catch fish.
