All I wanna know is how that fish with the cigar in his mouth ever thought he could get that thing to stay lit under water. They gotta be smarter than we think! I'm tellin' ya.

Yeppir, although Baconator brought home the bacon (5 healthy trout to 19.5"), he was surprisingly willing to do my stogie-stuffed trout muse. The wind/tide conditions were snotty all day, but he endured very strongly, although his complexion had a distinct variance at the conclusion of our trip.
Various participants showed themselves including acrobatic ladyfish, relentless hardhead/topsoil catfish, pinfish, grunt, lizardfish, juvenile trout, bubble- bursting bluefish/4 lb? (lost a beauty @boat after a 5 minute tug-o-war with a 30 lb leader bite thru). Several boatside blow ups verified our adrenaline rush functioning. Stuck with the usual jig head/ plastic baits du jour switching colors throughout the trip.
Thanks Mike for the enduring the longish saltfest, continual casting, 10 scale UV exposure, prevalent boat positioning(wind/tide flow, depth control). It really was testy conditions for you, but your tenacity/skill level was very apparent. Good show Micah!

Nice day for sure. You need to put that coastal package on your tracker to use.

The finest gift you can give to any fisherman is to put a good fish back, and who knows if the fish that you caught isn't someone else's gift to you?"
