Moving to Chipley FL, I have a boat, is there any good crappie fishing in that area?

Florida's full, all the fish are gone, sorry.

Kidding of course, I'm a yankee transplant myself, I've just been hanging out with these crackers too long. Most everywhere will hold fish, if they don't it cause there's a gator in there that ate em.

Plenty of water around that area. Not far from the Gulf also. What he said lots of river fishing. Check this to find boat ramps.

Have not been on Talquin or Seminole but reading this forum they have lots and lots of stumps just below the surface. Go slow. Both are reservoirs, flooded timber.

I live in Bonifay next to ya. I fish Talquin and Seminole the most but eufuala to our north is good too.

Being you’re in chipley, you may want to venture off the south of you to the sand lakes. Tons of lakes south of you toward panama. Never fished them but no shortage of fish to be caught from what I’ve heard.
