    Default Color change

Got off to a slow start Wednesday morning. Water was up about a foot since the last time I was here, glad to see it coming up. my reliable colored jigs weren't producing. I notices a new jig I tied on for my wife the night before and another similar color were catching the only ones. Quik color change and a slow morning turned out pretty good. I thought all the time I was trying to locate the fish. Pretty satisfying when you get it figured out. Caught 28, brought home 14.Name: crappie grub.jpg

With all the rain and runoff changing water color, good call.

The bite I had going on for months changed when the water did. Good job.

Good thinking Marv - you and Laura are really catching onto this "fishing thing"
Colors to make the difference - Ken & I once changed colors 4 times in 3 hrs to finish 2nd at Tarpon.
Never hurts to always keep all "standby's ready"
Sometimes just speeding up or slowing down will do the trick.
    Nice Catch -
