    Default Tips for Talquin please

We are headed down this weekend from Robins Air Force Base in GA. Not pro's by any means, but love your lake and are trying to get better at slabseekin. We were down a few weeks ago and took a day to pattern them in the channels. Went to a 1/8 litewire black and blue body/chartruese tail and started picking up some nice keepers at Polk Creek (after we weeded our way through all the small ones). Since we were new to the lake, I just relied on fishfinder and topo to find em. Some help needed... when they are transitioning back to spawn at talquin, what are some trolling techniques to use if we can't find the bunched up fish on the fishfinder? Speed, depth, jig weight, etc. I know I may be asking for some secrets, but I'm in the Air Force and we always try to get good intel....lol

You got to earn the Jigs....when I see pictures of several 2 pounders+, then I will think about awarding you more jigs.

Something is wrong with this picture? I catch 3 1/2 pounders and they cost me an arm and a leg! When are you going to start throwing back those butterbeans litewire?
