Default Any Turkey Hunters In the House?

With turkey season opening up this weekend for us in the north part of the state, I was curious if any of you guys would be out looking for Ol' Tom on Saturday.

Always get my turkeys pre-sliced in 8oz pkgs from Publix along with sliced bread, lettuce, mayo, and salt & pepper. No feathers.

You'd better believe it. Going tpo Georgia for 4 days, Nebraska 4-16 for 4 days then on to Pennsylvania and then to Ohio. Going to be a long season this year. The birds have been talkin pretty good on the St. Johns river near Deland. Not to much on Lake Kissimmee last 2 week-ends.

You betcha! I'll be sittin' in the woods Sat morning listening for the sound of that gobbler. The downside to turkey season is that it conflicts with a lot of prime speck fishin' time.

Just looking through the sites and figured I would send a big thundering gobble down from the Bluegrass State. If you are coming to Ohio you might as well come on to Kentucky!!

I like to chase turkeys in the morning and catch specks in the afternoon. Not trying to step on any toes here, I was just curious.
