Thread: Please do all a favor.

I was looking at different post, the posters and the info they put up. I think it would be beneficial to all if everyone would put up what town they are in. May get someone to get in contact with you if they want to fish your area. It would be a way to meet and greet people and put a face to the name. Shoot, I want to fish someone elses lake and might even learn a few techniques.
Well, that is my idea for the month.

Centerdriver , I would join in on that idea as well. Do not have a boat and love to fish the specs. Have a truck will travel. And willing to share the expenses. Any one looking for a fishing partner don't be shy.

Iffin you are it to travel, check out our slabfest threads. We are trying to fish once a month most of the year, and currently fishing Harris Lakes, located in Lake County and Lake Monroe in Seminole County. There is always a chance to hook up with someone who would have room for another pole tender.

One of the boards I frequent request that when a report is given that the date and time, weather, where, what bait and any other observation that may help others is included. A report may look like this: Saturday the 27th (date) I was on the lake at sunrise (time). The temp was about 65 with a light wind out of the west (weather). Had minnows and jigs (bait). Fished the end of the old piers on Lake George (where). Cought about 8 keepers on minnows. The guys using grass shrimp loaded the boat (additional info). May be something to consider.

Yup-That I did. Kinda on purpose. Do not know where to call home. Am a Florida resident. My boats are registered in Florida. Yet, I live most time in Georgia. Eastpoint, Fl and Tifton, Ga. Neither are hotbeds of crappie activity.

As a new member i have been surfing the threads this evening. i like the idea of sharing info. i live on the apopka beauclair canal so to speak and fish the canal along with Lake Carlton ,Beauclair,and Dora. In desperate times i have been known to travel to Eustis, Dead River etc.
