Thread: Guess what????

The wife got a call from her recruiter yesterday and told her the hospital she works in Leesburg called and requested her back. Don't know if yall realize it or not.....BUT THATS DANG GOOD NEWS. At least now we will really be heading that way for at least 4 months. Contract does not start till the 3rd of Jan, but will leave here the 26th of nov. Should get there sometime the first week of december and that will give us almost a month to play before she starts work. Now that is the really GREAT news.
So hang on to your jigs gentelmen, the slabfest cook is gonna be in town for a while. AND gonna get some real fishin time in too.

I, dear sir, am what is known as "The House _itch". I cook, clean, do the shopping, plan the trips, find us accommodations at the next contract site, set up itinerary, wake her with coffee when she is doing night shift, keep this dang computer up and running, clean the fish we catch and just about everything else so all she has to do is go to work, take care of my few needs and do the books. I know of some fellers that would kill for my job.
This, sir, is what I do.....not to mention I get to fish a lot when I have water around, and also get to see the country, meet some really great people and fish in more states than most people have been in. Guess you could say I got a tough life.

Yessir, nothing came open as far as a contract goes, any farther east, so extended here till the end of november. There were a few openings in california, but did not want to go west, dang it, wanted to go east. SO, Still here in Glendale till then. At least it is starting to cool off a bit. It has been under 100 for the last 2 days. Things are looking up.

We are sooooooo happy for you two. It would have been awful if we would have had to go through a winter in Florida without you and Sheryl.

So, we can surmise that you just sort of hang out at the house and wash a few dishes and cloths and watch "As the World Turns" ????????

I wish it were that easy. There at the park I am so busy helping friends, drinking beer, taking visitors for boat rides, drinking beer, entertaining on a few nights a month, drinking beer, scheduling offshore fishing trips and a few other outing for the guys at the park, and drinking beer. Man, sometime there is just not enough hours in a day. All that and doing a bit of washing and cooking and a few other things.

Dusty your troubles will be over this winter as Iwill take over the beer drinking for you so you can spend more time doing house work, and I might even help with the fishing
