How about fishing until noon and then have the weigh in and start the meal. It stiil may be on the warm side. Just a thought.

unable to make those dates as wont be in florida until november but plan on making those after then. so until then just save a few for me.

NO OBJECTIONS. We will welcome him with open arms.

I believe that we fished until about 1:00 PM, but that is not to say that things can't be changed.
I don't have a copy of the OFFICIAL rules, but I think that we can change them at will.

Gonna have to chime in with Gopher on this one. Won't be down till the very end of november. Dang it. Oh well, will just have to make up for lost time when I get there. Yall have a good fest and know that there will be plenty of good food, caught or bought.

Not to be selfish, but I voted for the 3rd of October. I am attending the GA slabfest at Blackshear on the 10th. No I am not greedy, just love to meet fishermen all over.

If you can please vote for the 3rd. I don't care where, it's all good.

If you go to view the poll results you will see that the third has three votes and the tenth has one. AND I HAVEN'T voted yet.
We have two for Lake Harris Hickory Point and one each for each of the launches on Lake Monroe.

Just got back a couple hours ago from beautiful Jamaica - man, is it hot there! Dashed over to the computer, quickly read the posts, felt sorry for Chuck and tossed my vote his way for Saturday the 3rd. Also Lake Monroe because it's close to home and there was some nice pics of Lake Monroe crappie.
By the 3rd the weather will be cooler, the fish will have grown some more and I will have had some time to practice. Look forward to kicking off another season.
