Welcome to Florida's Crappie.com. A good investment for your trip back home this year would be to check us out (Central Florida) at our slabfest in less than two weeks on Lake Monroe/St. John's. Caution though, your winter stay may be altered somewhat!
Welcome gopher. We have a place on Haines Creek (other side of the lock from you), and was told the speck fishin in your lake is pretty good and even better up the river a ways. Looking forward to seeing you at one of our fest next season.....yup, we are birds too.....from Texas no less.
