Default anyone fish hardee lakes

live south of there in myakka city. not to far too haul the canoe. just mt'd a trolling mtr on it..gonna give it a try.

any exp on the good spots on the hardee lakes . directions from the ramp. never been there so its all new to me

Now I do know that they have some new phosphate pit lakes that recently opened up. IMC Phosphate Company. There are regulations and restrictions on these new Fish Management Area lakes so if you go there, you need to read them. Link below. The brochure is a .pdf file.

No. Too much trouble with FMA regulations and restrictions. I would rather fish statewide fisheries with normal statewide regulations whenever I want to.

The first three are small lakes and I don't need to go all the way to Hardee County and fish when we have over 92 lakes and other fisheries right here in Highlands County. Not worth the trouble or distance.
