guess i need to try it down there again. i fished north of there today above 44. trolled jigs and got a few nice crappie and broke my personal record for smallest crappie also. thing was like 4" long and hit a jig, i didnt even know i had a fish on!

were dark jigs working? i picked up a few different plastics in louisiana last week and they have been good so far. 1 kind thats black, pink and yellow was by far the best.
