Now, that's much better, looks like a good time was had after all.
I recall when I went to the slabfest over on Harris lake, I only caught two dinks which I threw back, but, had a great time regardless.

I agree its not always if you catch any fish but the people you get to fish with and everyone has a good time.

Actually, I got laid off the other day, but am a little better prepared this time.
Just got boat back from shop, am ready but, truck is running badly, got to get it fixed, then will be pretty much ready.
Still watching how you guys do, is still a bit early for me, but, time is getting closer, etc.....
Miss you guys, lets do another slabfest where everyone can make it, etc......

Had a few or not, who ever that young woman is, my son will be down for a while...... never mind, he is 31 and may be too old for her.
Anyway. Thanks for the pics. Glad them plaques are still making the rounds. Will like to be there next time to see who gets them

Finally made it to Leesburg and doing the yard work around the house so will be able to make the next outing,hopefully. weather is a lot better here than in Michigan. liking it already.

go to the poll at the top of the front page of the Florida forum and there you can vote which Saturday you would like to have the slabfest. We will have the weigh-in at Hickory Point, but all of the waters in the Harris chain of lakes is open to fishing. We will have the get-to-gather starting at about 12:00 noon.
Will post a list of things that will have to be furnished after the date is selected.
