Default My Son's 1st Striper

We went out today and my son caught this striper we caught several small catfish. Fishing was slow but he is still on cloud 9. He said Dad I am hung then the reel started to sing. He turned and looked at me with eyes as big as dinner plates and said what is this. I told him I am not sure but hang on.

Nothing like seeing the excitement on a kids face when he latches onto something big.

Good job.

That thread title was one 'P' away from being very inappropriate for this board.

Love the sound of a singing reel. My Grandson caught a large channel cat this morning too, hard to hear the sound of the reel over the screams and giggles. Great catch.
