I love baked salmon marinated in bourbon and a few secret spices.

hard to tell from the picture, but whatcha got there? A mix of king, coho and maybe a pike?
Nice catch no matter what they are - My father-in-law wants to get me out on Ontario here in the next couple week for some salmon - pictures lie that have me wanting to make it as soon as we can go. They should be starting to stage near tributaries soon - can't wait!

Yes Joejv4 there is a pike in the bunch. You know,,, every crowd has one.
BlueGill,,, I was just checking out a Bourbon recipe in a book that looked good.
If you have a suggestion on how to do it how about a little help.

The smoker is being prepaired for tomorrow. I caught a few more yesterday and 1 more today to make sure it's full.
