2 old men and a boat.

Me and my brother-in-law were out fishing one morning and the mouth of a slew. We sat there some time and only caught a couple. As 6 other boats ran on up in the slew (one being the 2 old men in the bass tracker) Well I told my brother-in-law to pull his anchor up that I was tired of watching these other boats pass by and go where I wanted to go. So we idled on back to where I wanted to be. As we got closer I could see the 2 guys in the tracker the one in the front was fishing and his partner was vigorously scooping water out the boat. Ever minute or so the guy in the front would yell out "how's it going back there? I sure am sorry about that. Are you alright?" As he was casting continuously. Well they scooted down the slew about 20 yards or so (while the guy in the back kept scooping water), so we just started fishing where they had been fishing but thy hadn't caught the first one yet. Boom back to back for about 10 minutes we were yanking them in cast after cast. You could hear them "you see that? we didn't catch anything there". Well they asked what we were using and we told them. Then I finally asked is everything alright? They replied "yeah, we didn't put the plug in". The guy in the back was scooping water they guy in the front continued to fish!

As long as you are the one fishing and not the bailiff, sounds like a pretty good gig!
