Default croppie fishing 2/8/09

Fished today at the same spot as usual , the bite wasnt what it has been but we managed to catch around 65-75 croppie and 10-12 yellow perch [bucks]. It shouldnt be long for the yellow perch run starts,did have one citation croppie at 15 1/4" close to 2lb a very nice fish all fish re turned to be caught another day.Around 10 o'clock we did have alot of idiots show up on the water at one point it got so crowded i couldnt even cast,all that river and everybody wants to get up my a$$.

Good catch man! Glad to see the yellow perch are moving up now.

It was crowded here also on the Tuckahoe, I bought a boat to get to more holes and every good hole had a bank fisherman on it....lol Plus had about 8 boats on the creek, with the tide being out below normal, it got crowed as hell here to. We need another day like today to get the perch up a little more here.
