    Default Anybody use Humminbird 728

Sounds good what I've read and the price is right. Any feedback good or bad.

    Badcast,

One good thing about the 728 is in the future if you would like to add gps you can. Just purchase a antenna and you have a combo unit.

I have a 717 and the 728 would be a step up from it. I like mine very much. I have it on my trolling motor and it is excellent at locating brush piles and fish. If you got a good deal I think you will be pleased with it.

Does the transducer that comes with it work on the trolling motor

I had a trolling motor adapter bracket that lets me use the transom transducer from BPS or you can trade it back to HB for a trolling motor puck if I recall right.
