Finally got my 777 back again and it it was working great. Now I am having problems with the interlink. It will go for a while then the unit it will give some type of error with the interlink and show lost signal of the GPS. It is not the unit this time because I can hook straight to the antenna with no problems (I could not do this before). I also look signal to the 997. Has anyone had this interlink problem or am I just cursed with every piece of electonic equipment I have?

Man, you are having a bad time with this! I got on the lake Sat. and Sun this weekend with no problems with the 777, interlink, wheather modulle and 1197.
Do you have any loose connections anywhere in the network, I think this is what it sounds like to me. Or the interlink module is flackie?? Just my 2 cents. Hope you get this worked out.
The first thing I would look for is a loose connection. Try unplugging everything and plugging it back in to make sure you have a good connection.
Callshy, pardon a dumb questionbut you ain't by any chance tryin it out
in simulation and havin this problem, are ya? Or somewhere with not-so-good satellite view? I figure you're on the lake,
but just had to ask because that's how mine did while on sim.
Somehow the sim program stuff don't play nice with the interlink...
at least mine doesn't. Had sick feelin in my stomach till I pulled outside
and it worked there.

I plugged in and out all day Saturday. Soemtimes it would start back working and sometimes it would not. I guess it still could be in the connections but I can't handle them coming loose every 30 minutes. I will get the boat out and play with it a little more and verify or eliminate the connection problem.
J White, I was on the lake and not in simulator mode. I can plug straight to the antenna with no problems.

callshy,
If you can't get it resolved send it into the service department and they will replace the Interlink Box for you.
