Default To Humminbird, a request for change.

Sure would like to see a "hide view" popup tab added to each screen view. Sure would help when hiding screen instead of going to the views screen. I forget the views (some) when I go to the view files tab (back and forth). Short time memory management problem here. Make it simple for us old men.

So far I am enjoying the 997. I can see the screen.

Thanks,

Tom

Edit thought.

Since I am on the subject, HB should consider having some "hands on" workshops. Consider things like installation, troubleshooting. Voltmeters, ohmmeters (no ammeters). The simple stuff. Mock-ups are cheap. People would pay a small fee to attend this type workshop. I know "hands on" is the best teacher. I have a lot of time in the classroom cockpit. Just a passing thought. I know you have manuals and customer service, but, this is not realistic in many applications.

Parrot this proverb.

What you read, you forget (or misinterpret). What you hear, you remember (parts of it). What you do, you understand. I have lived by this may years.

Just me rambling.
