Took a while, but I finally got the "right" person on the phone. Linda Colt couldn't help. The unit was out of warranty about 4 years. The unit has had very little use. No reason for any unit to fail prematurely unless there exists a defect(s), especially when the unit is well cared for and maintained properly.

Need to bring stuff back from China. My old HB wide view still works and my eagle ultra still works. Made in America without alien help.

I am PPP Certified. This has clout when negotiating.
