    Default NEED HELP Mounting 997

My 997 just arrived and can't wait to use it, but I have no idea where to mount this large of a unit. I have a Ranger 487vs and there just isn't any room on the dash. Any and all help will be greatly appreciated. Pictures of possible set ups would be even better.

Try a R.A.M. mount! I don`t know if they make one large enough for these units or not. check basspro. I would hold it in my lap if I had to. you will love this unit.

Singlepole I have 492vs where did you mount your transducer. I have been considering trying a 997 or a 797.
