I have not heard that the Matrix 97 will get this update, but than they may not have taken the time to look that far back into our products yet, so I’m not 100% sure it won’t.

I know that we have done this in the past beagle man. When the time comes though you would have to call the Humminbird Customer Resource folks to make sure (1-800-633-1468).

A lot like the old Wannabe... except with fewer bad words. And Karate chop action. But, yes, still purtier than you.

Hey folks maybe its me but so far only one report on the new GPS Update since it came out does not make sense to me when u think how critical a good GPS is to finding brush piles, structure??????? I would think lots of people would be trying it out?? Guess its me??
I know if it works I'll be happier than a dog rolling in them road apples
I ran it fast and as low as .7 mpg circled boat and the direction needle would keep up with boat direction, finding waypoint should be in real time now. This update will make a lot of HB owners happy. When the down image download comes available I may be mounting the 1197 on the bow.:D

Man I sure hope it covers the Matrix 97. As much as it cost it should go back to it. Shoot there still selling them. But guess if they don't I can use it for target practice.
