"what if you manually have to change course say another boats or or something is in your path will it stop the tracking program or will it automatically continue on path"

If you manually deviate from the recorded track, pressing the appropriate track button (track to start, track to end) will take you directly back to the track (the point on the track nearest your current location) and then resume its movement along the recorded track.

As I understand it, the unit is compatible with a V-2 or a Terrova. But what about the new Fortex?

What about down loadable tracks or WPTs to I-Pilot memory? Seems I would have to waste a lot of water time recording where I wanna fish. Dry runs never seem productive.

What kinda doctor are you Doctor?

Nope...Powerdrive V2, Terrova, and a couple of Riptide models. Electric steer is needed to couple i-Pilot's brains with the trolling motor's brawn.

Not yet. But with Humminbird and MinnKota under one roof, anything's possible in the future.

Three. They are stored in memory locations (A, B, C) that the user can select from when Spot Lock is engaged. The same applies to Track Record.

Sounds like you are a real Johnson Outdoors fan. I like their floor wax.

I could not find the Ms recording on your web site. I am lame sometimes.

You could just put the turns into the path you record.....

Start recording with a loop that takes you into your trolling run and end with the turn loop after you come to the end of your trolling run.

One of the pro-s of a recordable path.
